Based on its business characteristics and value chain, HL D&I Halla identifies key stakeholder groups that directly or indirectly affect, or are affected by, its business activities throughout the entire project lifecycle. The Company gathers stakeholder feedback through a variety of communication channels. HL D&I Halla systematically identifies actual and potential risks that may arise in the course of its business activities and operates various communication channels reflecting the characteristics and roles of each stakeholder group to mitigate negative impacts. Major ESG issues identified through this process are incorporated into management decision-making. To promote effective stakeholder engagement, the Company continuously improves the accessibility and convenience of its communication channels, including electronic disclosures, an electronic voting system, and online management briefing sessions.
