HL Logis & Co. is a logistics subsidiary specializing in the development and operation of logistics facilities, established to meet growing demand in the rapidly expanding logistics market. It operates the Hwaseong Dongtan Logistics Campus, an integrated logistics complex with a gross floor area of approximately 892,600 m² (270,000 pyeong), located in Dongtan 2 New Town in the southern part of the Seoul metropolitan area. The organic configuration of five blocks, ramps, and individual dock facilities enables logistics vehicles to access every floor directly. The campus also offers excellent accessibility through its direct connection to the Non-Stop I.C. on National Route 23. HL Mokpo NewPort Terminal

The multipurpose pier at Mokpo NewPort, managed and operated by HL Mokpo NewPort Terminal, is Korea’s first privately-invested port and is strategically located along a key maritime transportation route connecting Korea, China, and Japan. It serves as a strategic logistics hub providing port logistics services for import and export cargo. The terminal can accommodate three 30,000-ton vessels simultaneously and has the handling capacity to process five million tons of general cargo or 360,000 TEUs of containers annually. Leveraging its extensive port hinterland, it provides optimal integrated land and maritime transportation services linked to nearby industrial complexes.
